It is well known that heart disease is a leading cause of death in the United States for both men and women. It can often he labeled as a”lifestyle” disease because there is a lot you can do to protect your heart and stay healthy.
Through our blended approach our understanding your risk factors, preventative cardiology care, and nutrition we aim to create the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. With 80+% of heart disease seen as preventable it all starts with the lifestyle choices you make.
Our heart healthy lifestyle practitioners will help set you on a path towards the right food choices, weight/stress management and more.
Registered Dietitian, Leah Silberman, gives us an in-depth explanation of the Wellhaus Health program structure and why it can be beneficial for anyone, whether your goal is weight loss, mitigating a condition, prevention from medical conditions, or you just want to look and feel your best.
Additionally, we have identified some patients would like care that is covered by insurance. Starting Spring 2023, we now offer Nutrition consults with Leah Silberman, and our new dietician Kayleen Eslinger for all eligible plans we accept. We are accepting NEW patients for Nutrition and these consults will take place as needed and will be IN PERSON and are 30 minutes. Should our patients wish to choose the more concierge approach, which is self-pay only, they can still participate in the Wellhaus Health program.
