One of our Cardiologists, Amnon Beniaminovitz, MDwas quoted by Eat This, Not That! on Heart Health Symptoms You Should Never Ignore. View the placement on Eat This, Not That!

He was quoted saying:

If you suddenly notice that your jaw or teeth are hurting and you also have a headache, it could mean you are having a heart attack. “This is more common in women and usually, people would go to the dentist instead of a cardiologist,” Ami Beniaminovitz, MD explains. “The pain may only last a few minutes but unfortunately, it may keep returning.”

Chest pain can be a warning sign of a heart attack. However, if you feel it radiating to your back, “like a knife,” explains Dr. Beniaminovitz, it can be a dissecting aortic aneurysm that can be life-threatening.
