Verified Patient

Doc and staff are great – they seem professional and educated, which IS what counts. Front desk staff was rude – not welcoming and had bad phone etiquette. Also weird CC procedures that you must keep it on file and they can charge as “applicable”, but if you demand not to, they let you skip it for the first visit. I.e. I cannot go back!
