A Cardiologist Says You Should Never Do This After Lunch

You probably begin each day with the finest of intentions, regardless of your health goals. This breakfast is packed with protein and fiber, making it a nutritious choice. You have pleasure in drinking coffee, which is beneficial to cardiovascular and mental health. Perhaps you even squeeze in a workout or go for a stroll.
