Catherine Lalor, NP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from William Paterson University. She brings over six years of nursing experience, including four years as a Cardiovascular Surgery ICU nurse and two years in the Trauma ICU, caring for complex and critically ill patients. In addition, Catherine spent four years as a travel nurse, gaining broad clinical exposure while working in hospitals across the country. Her extensive inpatient cardiovascular background naturally led her to focus on cardiology in the outpatient setting, where she emphasizes continuity of care, prevention, and long-term disease management.

Catherine became a Nurse Practitioner to expand her clinical expertise and take a more advanced, hands-on role in patient care within a field she is deeply passionate about. Her approach to treatment centers on preventive care, early intervention, and evidence-based strategies aimed at reducing modifiable risk factors and preventing major hospitalizations. She defines patient care as a collaborative, trust-based partnership built on open communication and shared goals, allowing for highly individualized care plans. Catherine’s favorite part of her role is developing long-term relationships with patients and empowering them through education and guidance to achieve sustainable, lifelong health and well-being.
