Mandeep Kaur, NP, is an ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her degree from Rutgers University. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, which allows her to connect with a diverse patient population. Mandeep is dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care with a focus on cardiology, where she can build lasting relationships with her patients. Her approach to treatment emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and shared decision-making, empowering patients to manage their health effectively.
Mandeep became a Nurse Practitioner to offer compassionate, individualized care while having the autonomy to diagnose, treat, and educate patients. She believes in a patient-centered approach that considers physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring comprehensive support. Mandeep’s favorite part of her job is witnessing positive changes in her patients' well-being, as well as building strong therapeutic relationships. Outside of her practice, she is actively involved in seva (selfless service) at her local Sikh temple, giving back to her community in meaningful ways.
