Dr. Welch was great, very attentive and clear in his explanations. The PA and other medical professionals were also great and thorough in all of their tests, making me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend the practice for the medical staff. While my appointment was great, I didn’t have a great experience booking it, the front desk called to cancel my original appointment with an hour’s notice after booking it several days in advance, which is entirely unacceptable. The front desk staff was also rude when they called to confirm my second attempt at an appointment and wasn’t helpful in answering questions during the check in process. I would recommend calling once booking your appointment on Zocdoc to confirm it, which kind of defeats the purpose of having the practice on Zocdoc in the first place, but the medical service is worth it.
