Although February is American Heart Month, showing your heart some love is always a good idea. Keeping your heart healthy is crucial since, according to the CDC, heart disease is still the #1 cause of death in the United States.
Make an effort to come up with goals that are more grounded in reality this year. In the long run, this may help you make improvements in your health that are consistent and long-lasting, which will eventually safeguard your heart as well. We posed the question to cardiologists, asking them what resolutions they would want their patients to make each year with reference to their hearts.
