Dr. Karishma Patwa is a dedicated cardiologist who has always been passionate about science and medicine. Dr. Patwa decided to focus on cardiology because of its fascinating medical and physiological aspects, as well as its preventative, procedural, and treatment-oriented nature. Dr. Karishma Patwa has an impressive educational background, including a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, an Internal Medicine Residency from NYU Winthrop Hospital, and a Doctorate of Medicine, Cum Laude from the American University of Antigua. She also holds a Master of Science in Physiology from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology and Women’s Studies from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Her education and training have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent care to her patients.
