How do heart healthy behaviors slow biological aging?

According to research, improving your Life’s Essential 8 score may lower your risk of developing heart disease. Recent research found that, compared to individuals without a hereditary risk factor, those having a family history of cardiovascular disease reduced their risk by a factor of two. According to their findings, maintaining good cardiovascular health may also delay the onset of biological aging.

Research released recently in the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAMA) also suggests that heart-healthy activities may have the ability to reverse the aging process in cells.
