Dr. Amit Blumfield is a cardiologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized care for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completed residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, and fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine at Northshore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital. Dr. Blumfield is board certified in Internal Medicine, Adult Echocardiography, and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). He also holds board certification in Nuclear Cardiology, contingent upon completion of his general cardiology board certification, and is board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. As a member of the American College of Cardiology, he specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions including hypertension, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, heart failure, heart rhythm disorders, vascular disease, and inherited cardiac conditions.
